Sellerboard Alternative for India: Profit Plus Ads, Listings and Competitors in One Panel

4.8 / 5 from 6 Amazon sellers
Short answer

Sellerboard is primarily a profit-analytics tool, and a very good one. ListingPilot is a Sellerboard alternative for Indian Amazon brands that want profit next to Amazon Ads management, listing edits, Listing Quality Score, keywords, BSR and competitor benchmarking in one INR-billed panel, from ₹8,999/month. If you only need profit numbers, Sellerboard is cheaper and deeper on accounting detail.

Sellerboard is one of the most widely used profit tools for Amazon sellers. Its own site describes it as “accurate profit analytics for Amazon sellers”, says it is a Germany-based software company founded in 2017, and says more than 20,000 sellers use it. Many Indian sellers start with it because it answers the first question every seller has: after all of Amazon’s fees, am I actually making money?

The next questions are operational: who fixes the listing that dropped in rank, where do I manage ads and compare my ASINs with competitors, and can I pay in rupees? This page compares the two tools using Sellerboard’s own public pages, checked on 11 October 2026.

ListingPilot vs Sellerboard at a glance

The table summarises what each tool says it does. “Not described on the pages we checked” means we did not find it on Sellerboard’s public site, not that the feature is definitely missing.

Where Sellerboard is strong

Sellerboard is a specialist, and on profit it is hard to beat. Based on its own website, these are its main strengths:

  • Profit accuracy. Sellerboard says it accounts for storage fees, inbound shipment, labeling and more than 100 other Amazon fee types, and shows sales, orders, refunds, advertising costs, estimated payout and net profit at a glance, down to product and order level.
  • Cost of goods methods. It supports FIFO cost of goods as well as constant, batch, period-based and marketplace-specific costs.
  • Indirect expenses and lifetime value. You can add recurring and one-time costs such as rent or photo shoots and amortise them, and higher plans include an LTV dashboard.
  • Return cost breakdown. Sellerboard shows refunded amounts, refundable and non-refundable FBA fees, refund commissions and lost cost of goods, plus return reasons.
  • Extra tools. Review-request emails, reimbursement checks for lost and damaged FBA inventory, inventory and purchase-order planning, listing change alerts, a QuickBooks integration and a mobile app.
  • Low entry price and a free trial. Plans start at $19 a month billed monthly ($15 billed annually), with a one-month free trial and no credit card required.

Sellerboard also has PPC features: a PPC dashboard down to keyword level and bid automation toward a target profit or ACOS. Calling it “profit only” would not be fair. Its focus, though, is profit, and its homepage leads with profit analytics.

What ListingPilot adds: one India-first operations panel

ListingPilot is an Amazon seller Growth OS for India-first FBA and brand sellers. It connects through official Amazon authorisation, using the Selling Partner API for catalog, orders, payments and returns and the Amazon Ads API for campaigns. Profit is one module. The rest of the panel covers the daily work of running a brand.

Amazon Ads management with write access

From the Gold plan, ListingPilot creates Sponsored Products campaigns, runs bulk automation rules and sets dayparting schedules through the Ads API. Every write has a daily cap, a change history and rollback. The Amazon ads automation tool and PPC dashboard include keyword harvest, wasted-spend and bid-gap views, and the TACoS tracker joins ad spend with total SP-API sales.

Listings and Listing Quality Score

ListingPilot scores every ASIN from 0 to 100 with the Listing Quality Score, using title, bullets, images, A+ content, Buy Box, reviews and stock. You can then edit the listing and push the change through SP-API in the listing optimizer. Suppressed ASINs go into a suppressed-listing queue that shows the attribute blocking them.

Keywords, BSR and competitor benchmarking

The keyword tracker follows your organic ranks and the search terms that convert in your ads. The product rank checker tracks BSR and sub-category BSR over time. Competitor benchmarking lets you compare revenue, sales, LQS, BSR, rating, reviews, ad spend and returns across your own ASINs or peer ASINs, with CSV and PDF export.

Profit, GST, payments and returns for India

From Gold, the P&L dashboard combines Amazon fees, returns, ad spend and your SKU costs per SKU. It has toggles for GST on Amazon fees (input tax credit) and TDS under section 194-O. Settlement reconciliation checks payouts against delivered orders and flags missing payments, and return management shows return rates and reasons per ASIN. For amazon.in, you also get state-wise orders and FBA stock by fulfilment centre.

Be clear about the limits. ListingPilot’s P&L is designed for operating decisions, such as whether an ASIN can afford more ad spend. It does not advertise FIFO cost layers, indirect-expense amortisation, an LTV dashboard or a QuickBooks sync. It also does not report sessions or conversion rate; those stay in Seller Central Business Reports. For the full metric list, see Amazon seller analytics.

INR billing and IST support

ListingPilot plans are flat monthly prices in rupees, with no percentage of ad spend. Support runs by email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST. For more India-specific details, such as settlement cycles and GST-aware profit, see Amazon seller software for India.

Sellerboard pricing in USD vs ListingPilot pricing in INR

Sellerboard publishes prices in US dollars; we did not find INR prices on its site. The INR column below uses about ₹96.7 per USD, the same reference rate as our Helium 10 comparison, rounded to the nearest ₹10. It is before taxes and any card forex markup, so treat it as a guide.

How to read this fairly: Sellerboard is much cheaper if profit is all you need. The fairer comparison is ListingPilot Gold (₹11,999/month) against the stack it replaces. That stack is a profit tool, an ads tool, a listing and keyword tool, and the spreadsheets you use to compare competitors.

Who should pick which

If your situation is…Better fit
You mainly need accurate net profit, cost of goods and expense trackingSellerboard
You are a small or new seller and want the lowest monthly cost or a free trialSellerboard
You need FIFO COGS, LTV, QuickBooks sync or review-request emailsSellerboard
You sell on Shopify, Walmart or eBay as well as AmazonSellerboard (lists these platforms)
You run an established brand on amazon.in and spend most of your time on ads, listings and rankListingPilot
You want LQS, listing edits, BSR and competitor benchmarks next to profitListingPilot
You want INR billing, GST/TDS toggles and IST WhatsApp supportListingPilot
You want deep profit accounting and day-to-day operationsBoth: Sellerboard for accounting, ListingPilot for operations

Switching from Sellerboard (or running both)

  1. Connect Amazon. Authorise SP-API (and the Ads API, from Gold) for each marketplace. Nothing in your Sellerboard account changes.
  2. Copy your SKU costs. Enter the landed costs you already maintain so P&L, break-even ACOS and TACoS targets reflect real margins.
  3. Pick one tool for ad writes. If Sellerboard’s PPC automation stays on, keep ListingPilot rules in review mode, or switch one off.
  4. Start with the weakest listings. Sort by LQS and fix the lowest-scoring ASINs first.

Sellerboard alternative: frequently asked questions

What is the best Sellerboard alternative for Indian Amazon sellers?
For India-first FBA and brand sellers who want profit, Amazon Ads management, listing quality, keywords, BSR and competitor benchmarking in one place, ListingPilot is built for that job and is billed in INR from ₹8,999/month (P&L and Amazon Ads features from Gold at ₹11,999/month). If you only need profit analytics, Sellerboard itself is a strong, low-cost specialist, so an alternative is only worth it if you also want the operations tools.
Does Sellerboard support amazon.in?
Yes. Sellerboard’s public site lists India (IN) among its supported marketplaces, alongside the US, UK, the EU marketplaces, Japan, the UAE and others (checked 11 October 2026). Choosing ListingPilot is not about Sellerboard lacking India support; it is about INR billing, IST support and India-specific operations views in the same panel as ads and listings.
How much does Sellerboard cost in India?
Sellerboard publishes its prices in US dollars. On 11 October 2026 its site listed Standard at $19/month billed monthly ($15/month billed annually), Professional at $29 ($23), Business at $39 ($31) and Enterprise at $79 ($63), with a one-month free trial and no credit card required. At roughly ₹96.7 per USD that is about ₹1,500–7,600 per month before any taxes or card forex charges. Check sellerboard.com for current prices.
Is ListingPilot cheaper than Sellerboard?
No, not on headline price. Sellerboard’s entry plan is far cheaper than ListingPilot’s Silver plan at ₹8,999/month (50% off the ₹17,999 list price). ListingPilot costs more because it also covers listing edits through SP-API, Listing Quality Score, Amazon Ads campaigns, rules and dayparting, BSR tracking and competitor benchmarking. If profit tracking is the only job you need done, Sellerboard is the better value.
Does Sellerboard have PPC tools?
Yes. Sellerboard’s site describes a PPC dashboard with KPIs down to campaign, ad group and keyword level, plus PPC automation that adjusts bids toward a target profitability or ACOS and harvests or excludes keywords. Its PPC work sits alongside its profit analytics. ListingPilot treats Amazon Ads as a core module, with campaign creation, bulk rules, dayparting, a daily write cap, change history and rollback through the Amazon Ads API.
Does ListingPilot calculate GST and profit like Sellerboard?
Yes, from the Gold plan. ListingPilot’s P&L brings Amazon fees, returns, ad spend and your SKU costs together per SKU, with toggles for GST on Amazon fees and TDS under section 194-O, and settlement reconciliation that checks payouts against orders. Sellerboard’s profit engine is deeper on accounting detail, such as FIFO cost of goods, indirect expenses and a lifetime value dashboard, and its FAQ says its profit dashboard accounts for VAT/GST.
Does ListingPilot have a free trial like Sellerboard?
No. ListingPilot has no free plan or free trial; you can open the demo dashboard before buying, monthly plans can be cancelled from Billing, and refunds follow the published refund policy. Sellerboard offers a one-month free trial with no credit card required, according to its website.
Can I use ListingPilot and Sellerboard together?
Yes. Both connect to Amazon through official authorisation, so you can keep Sellerboard for detailed profit accounting and use ListingPilot for listings, LQS, ads, BSR and competitor benchmarking. If both tools automate ads, let only one of them write bid and budget changes so rules do not conflict.
