Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ListingPilot, our goal is to build long-term, high-trust partnerships with Amazon sellers worldwide. We believe in complete transparency regarding our trial, billing, and cancellation procedures.

1. 7-Day Free Trial Policy

ListingPilot offers a comprehensive 7-day risk-free trial for all new Amazon seller signups. During the trial period, you can connect your seller account, verify P&L accuracy, and test keyword tools without any upfront payment or credit card requirement.

You may cancel your free trial at any point before the 7-day period expires without incurring any subscription charges.

2. Monthly & Annual Subscription Billing

Once your free trial ends and you choose to upgrade to a paid plan (Silver, Gold, or Enterprise), subscription billing cycles begin immediately. Monthly and annual plans are billed in advance via authorized payment gateways.

Because ListingPilot grants immediate cloud access to real-time SP-API data pipelines, historical profit analytics, and proprietary search term databases upon subscription activation, paid fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

3. Eligibility for Exceptions & Pro-Rata Refunds

We understand that unexpected business changes or duplicate billing transactions may occur. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptions:

• Duplicate or Accidental Billing: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle due to a technical error during payment gateway processing, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately upon verification.

• Accidental Auto-Renewal (Within 48 Hours): If an annual subscription auto-renews and you notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of the charge that you intended to cancel, we will issue a full refund minus any third-party payment gateway transaction fees incurred.

• Prolonged Technical Service Interruption: If our core data synchronization service experiences an unexpected outage exceeding seventy-two (72) continuous hours that prevents workspace access, you may request a pro-rata credit or partial refund for the impacted duration.

4. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly from your Account Dashboard under Billing Settings, or by sending a written cancellation request to shashank@listingpilot.in or via our official WhatsApp support channel.

Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully active and accessible through the remainder of the currently paid billing cycle. No further automatic renewal charges will occur.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution policies in India or your country of origin.
