Best Tool in India
Thank you, Wondercare. Your team pushed us hard on returns and settlement accuracy, and the product is better for it.
Most Amazon sellers do not lack tools. They have a keyword tool, a repricer, three spreadsheets and Seller Central, and no single place where those numbers agree with each other. Amazon seller softwareearns its place by removing reconciliation between tools, not by adding another one.
Title, bullets, images, A+ content and LQS scoring per ASIN.
Revenue, units and growth split between organic and sponsored.
ACOS, ROAS, search term mining and wasted-spend detection.
Research, rank tracking and harvesting from live ad data.
Live Deal and Coupon badges, discounts, clips and end dates per ASIN.
Settlement-based profit per SKU, GST inclusive or exclusive.
Settlement ledger, unattributed deductions, overdue and missing payments.
Return rates, reasons and the SKUs quietly losing money.
Days of cover, reorder alerts and FC-level distribution.
Amazon’s suppression reason, FBA vs Seller Flex stock and lost-sales estimate.
Bulk edits (override, find/replace, per row) and CSV/XLSX import via SP-API.
Use this list to compare any tool, including ours. Most of these points do not come up for US sellers, which is why software built for amazon.com often gets them wrong.
| Ask the vendor | Why it matters in India | ListingPilot |
|---|---|---|
| Does profit account for GST on fees, TCS and TDS? | Amazon charges 18% GST on its fees (claimable as input credit), collects 0.5% GST TCS and deducts 0.1% TDS under Section 194-O. Ignore them and margins are wrong. | Yes: toggles for GST on fees and TDS; TCS shown separately and excluded from profit |
| Are prices treated as GST-inclusive? | amazon.in prices include GST, so revenue must be split before margin is calculated. | Yes: GST inclusive or exclusive toggle on profit |
| Can it reconcile Amazon India settlements? | Payouts arrive in cycles with many deduction types; short or missing payments are easy to miss. | Yes: settlement ledger, unattributed deductions, overdue and missing-payment checks |
| Does it show sales by state? | Demand differs sharply by state, and buyer state matters for GST place of supply. | Yes: state-wise sales plus FBA stock by fulfilment centre |
| Does it understand Seller Flex? | Seller Flex stock is in your warehouse but counted by Amazon; mixing it with FBA stock breaks reorder and suppression numbers. | Yes: Seller Flex shown separately |
| Is it billed in INR? | Dollar billing adds forex charges and changes with the exchange rate. | Yes: flat INR fee, no % of ad spend |
| Does support work in IST? | Festival sales need answers the same day. | Mon–Sat, 9 am–7 pm IST |
| Does it use official Amazon APIs? | Password sharing and scraping extensions put your account at risk. | Yes: SP-API and Ads API OAuth |
A simple example shows why GST-aware profit matters. Take one unit sold on amazon.in for ₹999 (GST 18% included) with ₹200 of Amazon fees. The numbers are illustrative; your category fees will differ.
| Line | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Selling price (customer pays) | ₹999.00 | Includes GST |
| Output GST (18%) | − ₹152.39 | You owe this to the government: ₹999 × 18/118 |
| Net sale value | ₹846.61 | This is your real revenue |
| Amazon fees | − ₹200.00 | Referral, closing and fulfilment fees (example) |
| GST on fees (18%) | − ₹36.00 | Claimable as input tax credit if you are GST-registered |
| GST TCS (0.5% of net value) | − ₹4.23 | Claimable against your GST liability |
| TDS 194-O (0.1%) | − ₹0.85 | On the value excluding GST; claimable in your income-tax return |
A tool that reads ₹999 as revenue overstates it by about 18%, and one that counts TCS, TDS and GST on fees as costs understates profit for a registered seller. ListingPilot lets you choose how each is treated. Fee details are in our Amazon seller fees India guide, and per-SKU margins in the profit calculator.
Everything runs on official Amazon SP-API and Advertising API OAuth. You authorise once and background sync jobs keep catalogue, orders, ads, payments and returns current — no CSV exports, no browser extensions scraping Seller Central, no separate password for each module. The metrics this unlocks (TACoS, organic vs sponsored, return rate, payouts, state-wise demand) are listed on the Amazon seller analytics page. Team members can be restricted per section, so a media buyer sees ads without seeing settlements.
Multi-brand agencies get a workspace per brand and can switch between them without logging out. Plan limits on countries and users are on the pricing page; setup and billing questions are answered in the FAQ.
Comparing ListingPilot with the tools sellers usually stack — Helium 10, Sellerboard, Adbrew or Hector? The all-in-one Amazon tool page has the module-by-module tour and an honest comparison table, and the Hector alternative page compares ListingPilot with that ads platform (which has a Mumbai office) in detail.
