By accessing or using ListingPilot (available at listingpilot.in), including our multi-marketplace analytics dashboards, Amazon SP-API data connectors, and listing optimization tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company, Amazon brand, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

ListingPilot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that connects to Amazon Selling Partner APIs (SP-API) and Advertising APIs to provide automated P&L tracking, keyword harvesting, return analytics, and listing optimization insights across Indian and Global marketplaces.

You retain full ownership of all data synced from your Amazon seller accounts. By authorizing an integration, you grant ListingPilot a secure, read-and-process license to fetch and aggregate your marketplace data solely for displaying reports and recommendations within your private workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ListingPilot login credentials and workspace permissions. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized account access.

We never request or store plain-text Amazon login passwords. All SP-API authorizations are executed via secure OAuth token exchanges compliant with Amazon Data Protection Policies (DPP).

ListingPilot offers a 7-day free trial for new seller accounts without requiring credit card information upfront. During the trial period, you receive access to core analytics features subject to fair usage and rate limits.

Upon conclusion of the free trial, continued access to advanced features requires a paid subscription plan (Silver, Gold, or Enterprise) as detailed on our Pricing page. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability for all cloud dashboards and API sync engines. However, real-time data sync frequencies may occasionally be impacted by third-party Amazon SP-API throttling, maintenance windows, or network interruptions beyond our direct control.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access during emergency security patches or scheduled database optimizations, with prior advance notice where commercially feasible.

In no event shall ListingPilot, its founder, engineers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of Amazon seller account ranking, ad spend variance, or lost profits arising from the use of our software.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to ListingPilot during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
