If you are searching how to find state wise sales in amazon, you want demand geography: which Indian states (or US states) actually buy, how many units, and which ASINs win there — not a national GMV tile.
Stock by warehouse is a different article: how to find state-wise stock in Amazon. Product page: Amazon state-wise sales & stock.
What Amazon actually gives you
Business Reports answer “how much did I sell?” They do not answer “where did the customer sit?” FBA inventory reports answer warehouse codes. The missing report is demand by state.
| Source | What you get | Gap |
|---|---|---|
| Business Reports | Units / ordered product sales by ASIN or account | No Indian state breakout |
| Order / shipping reports | Ship-to city, state, pincode on many rows | You must pivot and clean CSVs |
| Brand Analytics (if eligible) | Search and market-basket views | Not your own state-wise order ledger |
Manual method (Seller Central + Excel)
- Download an All Orders or shipping report for the date range (marketplace timezone, not UTC-from-your-laptop).
- Keep ship-state (or ship-city) and units. Drop cancelled rows so you do not inflate demand.
- Pivot by state. Add a returns file later if you care about net units — returns often land in a different week.
- Repeat every month. Three marketplaces means three files that never agree with settlement.
How to find it in ListingPilot
- Open Sales Command Center for India (or US / CA / AU — maps load per marketplace).
- Click State-wise (next to ASIN View and FBA Warehouse).
- Read the map and ranked list: orders, units, revenue, share of the range you picked (7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days).
- Click a state for top products. Export CSV named for marketplace and dates when you need a file.
Account-level pace still lives in the Amazon sales tracker and the sales tracker guide. State-wise is the geography layer on top of that.
Where ListingPilot helps
Command Center keeps buyer geography next to the FBA warehouse ledger so restock conversations use both maps. Demo: open the dashboard.
