Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 May 2026
These terms explain how ListingPilot works with seller accounts, marketplace access, plan limits and customer responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to ListingPilot and related services. By using ListingPilot, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the seller account, brand, or company connected to the workspace.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
ListingPilot helps Amazon sellers monitor listings, sales, ads, keywords, returns, payments, listing quality, BSR, reviews, inventory and related marketplace signals from one dashboard.
Some features depend on marketplace APIs, advertising APIs, reports, scraping fallbacks, user permissions, and data availability from Amazon or other authorised sources.
3. Account Access and Permissions
Workspace owners and tenant admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning marketplaces, controlling section access, and keeping credentials secure.
ListingPilot may enforce plan limits, country limits, user limits, section permissions, and marketplace access rules at the application and API level.
4. Marketplace Authorisation
You must authorise only seller accounts and advertising profiles you have the right to manage.
ListingPilot uses your authorised marketplace access only to operate your workspace, show analytics, run sync jobs, and provide seller tools requested by your account.
5. Data Accuracy
Dashboards are built from marketplace reports, APIs, cached data, enrichment jobs, and local snapshots. The service is designed for operational decision support, not as an official accounting ledger.
You should verify critical financial, tax, inventory, and compliance decisions against the original marketplace reports and settlement records.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse ListingPilot, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private workspaces, upload unlawful content, interfere with service availability, or use the service to violate marketplace rules.
We may pause or restrict accounts when required for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or protection of other customers.
7. Plans, Billing and Cancellation
Plan names shown publicly are Silver, Gold and Diamond. Internal plan identifiers may remain basic, pro and elite for technical compatibility.
You can cancel your plan anytime by contacting ListingPilot. Cancellation affects future service periods according to the refund and cancellation policy.
8. Intellectual Property
ListingPilot software, branding, design, dashboards, workflows, and documentation belong to ListingPilot or its licensors.
Your marketplace, business, listing, sales, ads and customer data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your seller data.
9. Limitation of Liability
ListingPilot is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, marketplace API uptime, exact sales attribution, or that every third-party report will be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
