Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how ListingPilot handles cancellations, used billing cycles, refund reviews and free trial requests.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your ListingPilot plan anytime by contacting our team through email or WhatsApp.

After cancellation, future access, sync jobs and billing are handled according to your current plan period and any written agreement with ListingPilot.

2. Used Billing Cycle

ListingPilot does not provide an automatic refund for a billing cycle that has already been used, because dashboards, sync jobs, reports, storage and support are delivered during that active service period.

Cancelling a plan stops future service commitment; it does not automatically reverse the current or past used period.

3. Manual Review Cases

Duplicate charges, failed service activation, accidental duplicate payment, or exceptional service issues can be manually reviewed by the ListingPilot team.

Manual review does not guarantee a refund, but we will check evidence, billing history, service usage and issue details fairly.

4. Trial Interest

Self-serve signup is currently paused. Lucky 200 sellers get a 7-day free trial through the WhatsApp apply flow.

Trial approval, duration and access are subject to ListingPilot confirmation and operational availability.

5. How to Request Cancellation or Review

We may ask for payment proof or additional account details before processing the request.
